The science of projects consists in preventing difficulties in implementation

Marquis de Vauvenargues

Florence supports OCIM in all group legal matters and diversification ventures.

Florence is an excellent general legal practitioner and, more particularly, has developed a solid practice in corporate law, business law, mergers and acquisitions, trademark law, employment law and real estate law. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1993, Florence practised as a lawyer for ten years at Bontoux & Associés, where she was in charge of a portfolio of SMEs for which she provided legal advice. In 1999, she joined Medi-Partenaires, a private hospital group under LBO. She created the legal department for the holding company, participated in various sales and acquisitions of clinics, and supervised the legal aspects of sixty companies. She supported the numerous changes in shareholders from 2001 to 2014, and was also in charge of three sale and leaseback transactions. Florence joined OCIM in 2015 to execute the sale of a large portfolio of real estate assets of several dozen buildings to institutional investors through a two-round tender. In addition to streamlining the group’s organisational structure (merger and/or liquidation of some thirty companies), she is assisting OCIM in its plans to diversify its financial activities. Florence is goal-oriented and leads her projects with conviction and diplomacy.
